  6. Russ, the last 18 years of you being with our group of friends was such a blessing. You never judged a single soul and were one of the kindest people to walk this earth. You never met a stranger and would give any of us the shirt off your back if we needed it. I know your at peace now and are smiling down on us all. Until we meet again brother I love you and will talk of our adventures for the rest of my life.

  7. Russ was so very loved by his friends and “brothers” and their families as well. He spent many hours at our house. We loved him and knew him to be a good, sweet wonderful young man. Our son called him friend and said that when they were younger he was the best one of them. That says a lot and I hope that give his family some measure of comfort. He was much loved and will be missed by many. Today, he is wrapped in the arms of our Lord and Savior and his parents. What a wonderful reunion for him. We are sad and selfish when we should be happy and rejoicing with Russ. Fly with the Angel’s, Russ. Fly HIGH and smile down on us occasionally.
