Traute Robinson
Traute Inge Robinson, 82, of Smithton, died Saturday, January 26, 2019, at Tipton Oak Manor.
She was born November 15, 1936, in East Germany, daughter of Michael and Wilhelmina Badorek Duddek.
She was married to Johnnie Warren Robinson.
Traute attended three years of trade school. She worked as a beautician in Germany, at a sewing factory, at an orchard, and at Lamy’s in Sedalia. She loved living in the country and being a farm girl. She was a good cook and enjoyed gardening.
Surviving are her husband, Johnnie Robinson, of Tipton; a daughter, Heidi Pais, of Columbia; two granddaughters; and a brother, Albert Duddek, of Essex, Germany.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Michael Robinson.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 1, 2019, at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville.
Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.
