Terry K. Crabb

July 11, 1955 — May 22, 2026

Clifton City

Terry K. “Manson” Crabb, 70, of Clifton City, passed away Friday, May 22, 2026, at his home.

He was born July 11, 1955, in Sedalia, the son of Raymond and Helen (Lemens) Alford. On September 14, 1980, in Sedalia, he married Brenda Smith, and together they were blessed with three daughters.

Terry was a graduate of Smith-Cotton High School and proudly served in the United States Navy from 1973 to 1977. Over the years, he worked in maintenance and construction for Furnell Companies, Rac-Jac Properties, and later for himself. He enjoyed working with his hands and could fix or build just about anything. He also worked as a salesperson for Schwan’s, where his outgoing personality served him well.

Terry never met a stranger. He loved visiting with people, telling stories, and sharing a laugh. He enjoyed following NASCAR, riding motorcycles, and taking off on adventures. He could be stubborn and set in his ways, but above all, he was a devoted husband, dad, brother, and grandfather who loved his family deeply.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Brenda; three daughters, Shanna Levon Wolfe, Britni Yvonne Feil, and Brianna Dionne Crabb; five grandchildren, Michael (Sydni), Jayna, Tanner, Alanna, and Gavin; siblings, Virginia Sublett, Sharon Lee, Donna Silsby, Ray Alford, Debi Sanders, Cindi Hopper, Carol Bennett, Perry Crabb, Diane Mathews, and Robin Crabb; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, William Alford; and his mother-in-law, Betty Jane Smith.

Visitation will be from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Heckart Funeral Home. A celebration of life is being planned and will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be given at Heckart Funeral Home.
