Teresa Neeley

Teresa Louise Neeley, 67 of Sedalia, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at her home surrounded by family.

She was born August 17, 1953 in Kansas City, MO, a daughter of Glenn and Eleanor (Witherspoon) Wyant.

Teresa worked road construction for 20 years and later had her own housekeeping business.  She enjoyed traveling and collecting anything she could find that was unique and different.

Survivors include her mother, Eleanor; four children, Heather Knoll (Ron Edwards) of North Kansas City, Jennifer Dilday of Independence, Amy Kearney (Mike) of Sedalia, and Jesse Neeley of Lee’s Summit, MO; companion, Sonny Sanders of Syracuse, MO; three brothers, Glenn Wyant (Linda), Doug Wyant (Vickie), Chris Baker (Becky); ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Teresa was preceded in death by her father Glenn.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Friday, January 29, 2021 at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
