Norma “Judy” Albrecht

Norma “Judy” Craig Albrecht, 96, of Sedalia, MO, formerly of Norborne, MO, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

She was born October 29, 1924, in Norborne, a daughter of the late Jerry and Ethel (Scheible) Craig. On February 17, 1943, in Norborne, she was married to Albert Glenn Albrecht who preceded her in death on September 23, 2010.

Judy was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and St. Ann’s Altar Society in Norborne.  She was also a member of K&K Club, Garden Club and Midwest Tool Association.

She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Ruth Albrecht Coe and Mary Jane Albrecht, both of Kansas City, MO; a son, David Joseph Albrecht, and his wife, Betty, of Sedalia; a daughter-in-law, Mary (Waters) Albrecht, of Norborne; and a sister, Marion Kimbrough, of Norborne; seven grandchildren, Diane (Coe) Bailey, and her husband, Jimmy, John Coe, Jr., Sybil (Mann) Caswell, and her husband, David, Lauren (Mann) Hendrickson, and her husband, Carter, Emily Albrecht Lang, and her husband, Chris, Kelly Albrecht Miller, and her husband, Justin, Philip David Albrecht, and his wife, Ashley; 13 great-grandchildren, Draven, Joan, Eli, Ila, Silas, Ashton, Addison, Kellan, Savannah, Natalie, Winn, Payne, and Sadie.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Lee Albrecht Sims; a son, Dennis Wayne Albrecht; and four siblings, Floyd Craig, Kenneth Craig, Viola Wille and Ruth Lowrey.

A private Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, January 25, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Norborne.

Burial will be in Norborne Catholic Cemetery.
