Gordena Lee McDonald 91, of Sedalia, passed away Friday, April 19, 2024 at Fair View Nursing Home in Sedalia.

She was born on March 21, 1933 in Sedalia, MO, a daughter of Gordon and Marian (Payne) Greer. On September 10, 1954 in Sedalia, she married Ernest Clarence McDonald and he preceded her in death on February 4, 2015.

Gordena enjoyed traveling, eating out, shopping, and crocheting.

Survivors include three sons, Ernest Lee McDonald of Columbus, OH, J. Brian McDonald (Polly) of Sedalia, MO, Hugh McDonald (Jim Nickerson) of Anaheim, CA; one sister, Jane Motti of Carbondale, IL, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to both of her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by one brother, John Greer.

No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia.
