Gladys E. Billingsley
Gladys Estella Billingsley, 70, of Sedalia, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
She was born January 2, 1951, in Wakefield, RI, a daughter of the late Walter M. and Helen Irene (Tanner) Stanton.
She was a secretary in the maintenance department at Bothwell Regional Health Center, retiring after 28 years.
She was an active member of Discover Church and enjoyed decorating the church. She also enjoyed baking, crocheting and was a people person. She loved spending time with her grandkids.
She is survived by three children, Charles Michael Billingsley, Crystal Dawn Billingsley, and James Ryan Billingsley; a sister, Barbara D. Parker; eight grandchildren, Lexi, Ryan, Noland, Zoey, Daniel II, CayLee, Grayson and Hunter; a niece, Becky Smith; two great-nieces, Brianna Parks and Shara Lee; a great-nephew, Richard Campbell; two great-great nieces, Lilianna and Lacie; and two great-great nephews, Micheal and Jayden.
A Celebration of Life service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 24, 2021 at Discover Church.
