Everett was born September 8th, 1935, in Oxly, MO to the late Everett Couch and Lillie Lands.

He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1954 and received the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and Special Act of Service Award. He was married to Carmen L. Couch (Holloway) in 1957 and 4 children were born to this union. He stayed in the Air Force until retiring in 1974. Everett was entirely committed to his family. He traveled to many places and lived in Sedalia, MO. for 45 years. During his retirement he continued to travel with his family. He enjoyed working on cars, photography, and computers. Everett had incredible wit and a great sense of humor. He had the best “belly” laugh. He was admired throughout his lifetime for his work ethic and his dedication to personal morals. He was extremely proud of his relationships with his family and friends. Everett always had a helping hand and provided his entire family with support. His opinion was knowledge that we all trusted. He will be missed dearly.
