Elizabeth A. Webb

Elizabeth Ann Webb, 85, of Sedalia, passed away Monday, February 2, 2026, at Sylvia G. Thompson Residence Center.

She was born May 1, 1940, in Amherst, OH.

On September 28, 1974, in Lorain, OH, she was united in marriage to James Edward “Jim” Webb, who preceded her in death on August 11, 2021.

Elizabeth was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and valued the time she spent with her church friends. She loved her family and enjoyed reading. She will be remembered as a sweet and thoughtful person.

Surviving are her son, Scott Carpenter (Bernadette); stepchildren, Robert Webb, James Webb, and Melissa Driver; 14 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Joe.

Memorial services will be held at 12 noon Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Calvary Baptist Church.

Inurnment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to Show-Me Christian Youth Home or Calvary Baptist Church.
