Elizabeth J. Phillips

Elizabeth Jean Phillips, 86, of Sedalia passed away Monday, March 25, 2024 at Rest Haven Convalescent Home.

She was born June 16, 1937, in Sedalia, a daughter of the late Seth Clark and Ella Marie (Schlobohm) White. In 1954, she married Henry Richard Phillips who preceded her in death in 1971.

She moved from Texas in 2005.

She enjoyed playing Bingo, being with family and friends, country music, dancing and reading.

Elizabeth was loved by everyone and was a mom to many. She will be missed by everyone that knew her.

Survivors include two children, Sandra P. Love (George), of TX, and Coby D. Phillips, of Sedalia; six grandchildren William Bryon Phillips, Jessica Fluker, Robert Waite, ViVi Sterling, George Thomas Love, Jr. and Teanna Lynn Love.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Olivia K. Phillips; and siblings, Herman, William, Mary and Emma.

Memorial service will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Heckart Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 1:00 pm until service time.
