In Loving Memory
Daisy Marie (Rowlette) Williams, 74, of Sedalia, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013, at Rest Haven Convalescent and Retirement Home.
She was born June 20, 1938, in Sedalia, daughter of James Buell and Pearl K. Spry Rowlette. She was married to Ukey Williams, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Williams was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She loved people, going to church, taking walks, putting together puzzles and giving bear hugs.
Surviving are four children, Lee Earl Rowlette, Catherine Rowlette and Rose Rowlette, all of Sedalia, and Rick Williams, of Independence; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Bobby Rowlette; and a sister, Lucille Cooper.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Paul Rowlette and Kenneth Rowlette; and three sisters, Beulah Wilson, Della Phillips and Gladys Toliver.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, May 6, at Heckart Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dan Hankins officiating.
Casket bearers will be Steve Rowlette, David Bishop, Lee Rowlette, Rick Pummill and David Paxton.
Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service time Monday at Heckart Funeral Home.
