Charles Michael "Mike" Smethers, 81, of Sedalia, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2026, at his home.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am Thursday, September 10, 2026, at First Baptist Church in Sedalia.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday at the church.

Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.
