Brian J. Hartford

Brian J. Hartford, 67, of Sedalia, died Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

He was born September 9, 1952, in East Cleveland, Ohio, a son of the late William and Phyllis (Ipe) Hartford. On December 13, 2014, in Sedalia, he was married to Annette Chaney, who survives of the home.

Brian was an over the road truck driver, retiring in March 2019. He enjoyed working on cars, cooking meals with Annette and spending time with his family and friends. He watched Fox News regularly and was always ready for a political debate.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children Matthew (Lisa) Hartford, Zachory (Cori) Hartford and Adam Hartford; five step-children, Zachary Sutherland, Jacob Sutherland, Michael Sutherland, Danielle (Dave) Bauer and Amanda Volpicella; 11 grandchildren; one brother, Dennis Hartford (Linda); and many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be 2-4 pm Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Heckart Funeral Home with a reception to follow in the Heckart Family Center.
