Barbara L. Rader
Barbara DeMoss Rader, 78, of Sedalia, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018, at her home.
She was born June 24, 1940, in Marshall, daughter of Ora and Aileen DeMoss.
Barbara went to school in Malta Bend.
In December 1957, she married Bob Rader, who died in 1986. To this union was born one son, Bobby Rader, Jr. who was born in December 1958.
Barbara worked as a nurse’s aide and was a homemaker. She was very loved and will be missed by many.
In addition to her son, Bobby and his wife Teresa, of Sweet Springs, survivors include one brother, Charles Bockman, of Marshall Junction; and three sisters, Aileen Roe, of St. Louis, Janet Duffy, of Sweet Springs, and Debbie Iman, of Sedalia.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Johnnie DeMoss.
Cremation arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.
