My deepest sympathy to you, Mary, and your family. I will never forget how kind Mike was to me when my husband, Claude Cromer was hospitalized for surgery in April 2018 in University of Missouri Health Care. I had gone to retrieve his belongings where they were stored until he was assigned to a room. I became hopelessly lost in doing so and was in tears, and stopped to ask Mike how to get to where his belongings were. Mike got a wheel chair, took me to the lockers to get the belongings, and took me all the way back to my husband’s room. I will never forget Mike’s kindness, caring, and efficient manner of helping me.

  23. Joyce Welch Cawood :

Mark Twain Elementary school has many fond childhood memories for me, and Mike is one of them. He was always a very nice boy and kind to all. Mike’s life said so much and this scripture came to mind when I heard of his passing. “I have finished the course, I have kept the faith . . . . there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness. . . .” 2 Timothy 4:7. May Mike’s family treasure the memories that have been left behind by a life well lived.

  24. Michael,
I know you from FBC Athens & a few of the concerts I attended with the TVCC. I had no other way to send you a card but wanted to express my sympathies for your family’s loss. From what I had heard via Kyle he is in a much better place now. Hope to see you again soon. God be with you & your family as you celebrate the good years of his life.
